Catholic Community Services — Tenant Law Center
Free legal help for eligible low-income King County tenants facing eviction, subsidy termination or accommodation issues that threaten their housing. Request Spanish assistance through 206-580-0762, Tuesday–Thursday, 10 am–1 pm. Case selection depends on eligibility and capacity; the program does not provide rent money.
Dispute Resolution Center of King County
Conflict-resolution intake and referrals for King County residents, including landlord–tenant disputes. Spanish and interpreter access are listed by Washington 211. Call 206-443-9603 or use the website to discuss whether mediation is suitable. Services are remote; mediation is not legal representation and does not replace responding to court papers.

El Centro de la Raza
Free Spanish-access legal consultations, including landlord–tenant and immigration issues when the appropriate volunteer attorney is available. The Seattle clinic runs the second Wednesday, January–November; in-person registration is 4–6 pm, consultations 6–8 pm. Capacity is limited, and the clinic does not provide legal representation.
King County Bar Association — Housing Justice Project
Eviction legal help for eligible low-income King County tenants who have a summons or filed case. Request Spanish interpretation. The Seattle clinic is at 516 Third Avenue, Room W314, Monday–Friday, 10 am–noon; use the accommodation form if you cannot attend. High demand means an attorney cannot be guaranteed, especially after a writ and judgment.

Legal Counsel for Youth and Children — King County
Free civil legal help for young people aged 12–24 experiencing or at risk of housing instability in King County. Services can include advice, negotiation and court advocacy, with Spanish access listed by Washington 211. Attorneys meet young people in agreed community locations; there is no walk-in office. Contact LCYC through its website.

Northwest Justice Project — Eviction Help
Call 855-657-8387 for free eviction legal-aid intake in Washington, including Seattle. NJP’s Spanish instructions direct renters facing eviction to this hotline and state that interpreters are available. Assistance from NJP or another local legal-aid provider depends on eligibility and the case; intake does not guarantee representation.

Seattle Department of Construction & Inspections (SDCI)
Seattle’s municipal service provides rental-rule information and routes tenant questions and code-compliance complaints. Call 206-684-8600, request free Spanish telephone interpretation and ask for rental housing services. This is a regulatory information and complaint service, not legal representation.

Free online renter-education workshops in Spanish through ¡Inquilinos Inteligentes! Topics include rental agreements, repairs, moving out and eviction. Register through Solid Ground’s current event calendar. These are educational sessions; an individual legal consultation or representation is not guaranteed.
Tenants Union of Washington State
Free tenant counselling and education for Washington renters. The Spanish hotline operates on Fridays, 9 am–noon, at 206-723-0500. Tenant counsellors help renters understand options and respond to housing problems; they are not attorneys and do not provide legal representation.
