Free, confidential renter information and advice about issues such as repairs, rent increases and disputes with a rental provider. Legal advice, negotiation and hearing support depend on eligibility and capacity. Spanish resources are available. For interpreter-assisted advice, call TIS on 131 450 and ask for the Renter Support Line, 03 9416 2577; social housing and rooming-house renters can use 1800 068 860.
